Here's one we've been asking for since the MIIS days – your incredibly long Full Sync died in the middle or you had to cancel it? Now you need to restart it, but you can't start it where you left off…until now. As of FIM 2010 Update 1 (KB978864) you will see an option to "Resume Run Profile" when selecting a Full Sync operation if a previous run terminated prior to completion.

This should save many customers a lot of time!
